The Fearless Classic Reimagined
Introduced in 1997, the Targa 37 has been one of the most enduring platforms in Nordic boating. For nearly three decades, it has proven the strength of its original concept: an all-weather cruiser built for real conditions, meaningful distances, and long-term use.
The next-generation 2027 Targa 37 builds on that legacy with thoughtful updates inspired by the larger Targa 41 and 46. A refined aft cockpit seating layout, a full galley positioned aft of the helm, side access doors in the hull, and a slightly increased beam improve comfort, access, and everyday usability without changing what already works. Recessed windows and added hull ports bring in more natural light while subtly modernizing the profile.
Core features remain intact, including full walk-around side decks, large sliding helm doors, a fully enclosed climate-controlled pilothouse, and efficient performance with cruising speeds above 30 knots and a practical range of around 350 nautical miles. The focus of the update is usabilityβnot reinvention.
How Much Does a New Targa 37 Cost?
If youβre researching the price of a new Targa 37, most builds fall between $1,350,000 and $1,600,000 USD, depending on configuration and equipment. A typical, well-equipped Targa 37 tends to land near $1,550,000
Final pricing is influenced by factors such as engine selection, interior layout, onboard systems, electronics, and optional equipment chosen during the build process. Because every Targa 37 is configured around how an owner plans to use the boat, there is no single βstandardβ price. The most accurate way to understand cost is to build out a specification that reflects your cruising plans and priorities.
