The craftsmanship of the Targa 37 is one of the prized features of this amazing vessel. The quality woodwork, soft furnishings, and abundance of natural light give the interior a welcoming and luxurious feel. We’re excited to walk you through a deep dive into the Targa 37’s stunning interior.
As you enter through the aft glass door, you’re greeted by an open, spacious salon. The glass door is an optional feature, adding a seamless flow that makes moving around the boat easy, especially when entertaining guests. The layout is designed for convenience, with essential controls like battery switches, charge monitoring, and generator controls located right at the entrance.
Stepping further into the salon, one of the first things you notice is the reversible seating, making it ideal for cruising and relaxing. This area can also be converted into a large single or tight double berth with a high-low pedestal table. It’s a versatile space that adapts easily whether you’re dining, lounging, or sleeping. The woodwork here is top-notch—beautiful teak with an oiled finish that adds a touch of elegance and craftsmanship to the boat’s interior. Recessed overhead lights on dimmers create a cozy ambiance in the evenings. Indirect courtesy lights at foot level add a subtle warmth to the interior after dark.
The salon’s raised footwell offers a fantastic 360-degree view through large windows on both sides, ensuring a bright and open feel while keeping the cabin dry and secure. As you move forward on the port side, you’ll find a companion seat positioned next to the helm—perfect for keeping guests engaged while underway. In front of this seat, there’s even more functional storage with a navigation station, a chart table, and small compartments for organizing essentials. The drawers and cabinets are built solid, with clever detils like a designated garbage can and a butler drawer.
With three doors—the two side doors forward and the glass door aft—there is excellent airflow throughout the cabin. The electric sliding hatch overhead includes a bug screen and a sun blackout screen, allowing you to control the light and air movement to your preference.
For the galley, this boat has an optional layout positioned aft on the starboard side, though it can also be placed port forward near the helm. Here, you’ll find a two-burner propane stove and oven beneath the lifting countertop, along with a stainless steel sink equipped with both freshwater and saltwater faucets. The galley has plenty of storage, both below and above, with an extractor fan to keep cooking odors under control.
Heading into the aft stateroom, you’ll see a queen-sized bed on the port side that offers plenty of comfort and a large single bed to starboard. The room is well-lit, with shelving, lockers, port lights on both sides and one opening for extra ventilation. The aft head is located nearby and features an electric freshwater flush toilet, a sink, and a shower enclosed by glass doors—everything you need for a fully functional, private bathroom on board.
Through the swinging doors, we can enter the forward stateroom. This room is even more spacious, featuring a king-sized bed, teak woodwork, and excellent ventilation through an overhead hatch. The marine front cabin also has ample storage, with lockers and drawers built into the design. A second head is also located up here, featuring a freshwater flush toilet and sink.
From its thoughtfully laid-out spaces to its high-quality finishes, this boat offers both functionality and luxury in equal measure. Whether you’re entertaining guests, cruising, or simply relaxing, the Targa 37’s clever use of space, attention to detail, and premium craftsmanship make it a standout choice for those seeking comfort and style on the water.
