ACCOMMODATIONS:

Access to and from the fly bridge is via a fiberglass molded stairway, with teak treads and stainless handrails. Much safer than a ladder.

Incredibly social, "Christini's" fly bridge layout provides comfortable seating for 12+. A Stidd high-back luxury helm seat is located forward on center, flanked to port and starboard by molded single bench seats. A third bench seat to starboard faces an L-settee aft with a varnished teak grate pedestal table. Fold out the table's leaves to set up cocktails or a meal. Across to port is a molded storage cabinet with a glass-topped teak chart storage box. This forward area of the fly bridge is protected by a new bimini and full enclosure. Eisenglass U-zip windows roll up to let through a cross breeze.

The teak decking is soft underfoot and runs from forward to the aft area of the fly bridge. Here a second teak grate pedestal table is surrounded by a second L-settee and two folding teak deck chairs. A bar forward to stbd of the settee houses a stainless steel barbecue grill and a new refrigerator with icemaker, with a storage cabinet to the side. Across to port is additional storage in a teak-topped fiberglass deck box. A stainless handrail with navy blue weather canvas wraps around this aft area for safety.

The hard top extends further aft over the cockpit providing, not only shade for those relaxing below, but a place to store the dinghy. A Nautical Structures electric dinghy crane is installed to port for easy launching and hauling. The new dinghy and outboard rest in a cradle.

Headroom in the forward cabin area is 6'7".

At the forepeak is a VIP stateroom with new bedding so plush and inviting that this broker was tempted to take a nap! A filler piece connects the V's to create an incredibly large double berth. Storage is in drawers and a cabinet below, with additional storage in a hanging locker and drawers aft to stbd. An overhead opening hatch and opening cabin ports to port and starboard let in natural light and air.

Just aft to starboard is a second luxurious guest stateroom with a 6'4" double berth. Storage is in 2 drawers below the berth, in a night stand aft with 4 drawers, and in a hanging locker and on shelves forward. An opening cabin port above the berth lets in natural light and air. Sliding pocket doors provide privacy without taking up space.

Across to port is the full guest head with a stainless opening port for ventilation. Storage is in a drawer, cabinet, and shelf behind the Corian counter and sink, and in a drawer and cabinet below. A shower stall forward is separated from the rest of the head by a heavy Lexan bi-fold door.

Aft and on center are the companionway steps up to the main cabin. These steps are hinged and fold up for easy access to the engine room.

Forward to starboard is the lower helm with full electronics and 6'10" headroom. Below the helm bench seat is a Uline icemaker and custom tube storage for charts. To starboard is a nav area with a hinged flip-up chart table and storage in drawers below. A waste basket hides behind a flip-out cabinet door. Doors to port and starboard allow quick access to both side decks

Just aft of the lower helm to starboard is a custom dinette. Seat 4 comfortably on either side of the teak pedestal table. Storage is below the athwartship settees and in cabinets above.

The main salon is both comfortable and social, with an L-settee to port and a barrel chair to starboard. Both face aft with a beautiful view out the sliding aft door and across the aft cockpit. A new custom corner entertainment center with large Sony Bravia thin screen HD TV is aft to starboard. A bar cabinet with glass and bottle storage and a fold-out cutting board is conveniently located aft to port, at the foot of the L-settee. The settee seat cushions hinge up, assisted by gas pistons, to reveal additional storage below. Large windows throughout the main cabin offer a panoramic view, the side windows sliding open with screens to provide excellent cross-ventilation. Headroom in this aft end of the main cabin is 6'3".

The L-shaped galley is amidship to port in the main cabin, with 6'10" headroom and a 7' long counter. The cook can converse easily with anyone relaxing at the dinette across or in the main salon. There is tons of storage in custom pull out bin drawers, custom stainless racks in a "pantry" style locker, a large waste locker, and optional overhead pull-down dish lockers.

Private access to the master stateroom is via an L-shaped stairway amidships to starboard in the main cabin. Located aft of the engine room, the owner enjoys true separation from the rest of the cabins. Stainless opening ports in the hullside provide a view of the water, as well as ventilation. Headroom is 6'4", and 60"x80" queen sized berth is on center, with drawers below. Additional storage is in a drawer and cabinet below each night stand to port and starboard and in 2 large hanging lockers with louvered double-doors. To starboard is a vanity counter along the hullside with 6 large drawers and a cabinet. A Dell thin screen TV is mounted to the bulkhead above on this side. A similar vanity counter along the port hullside has 6 drawers below, with a wide full-length mirror on the forward bulkhead.

Just inboard of the mirror is a door to the master head with separate shower stall. The Corian sink and counter top look out through another stainless opening port in the hullside. Storage is in a cabinet and cubbies above the counter and in a drawer and cabinet below. A bi-fold Lexan door separates the shower stall from the rest of the head. The aft cockpit is a marvelous outdoor extension of the main salon when the sliding door is open. The fly bridge overhangs to provide cover from the sun and elements, while the teak decking is soft under foot. A social spot for evening drinks with a view, this is also a good place to rinse off after swim, using the hot and cold shower.
A deck hatch opens to access a ladder below decks to a unique laundry room to starboard and crew quarters to port. A berth and and enclosed head with Vacuflush toilet and shower, this area provides great short term accommodations for a captian. There is not full standing headroom, but the area has two stainless opening ports and reverse cycle air conditioning.
